Our team consists of leaders who have personally navigated treacherous support systems to ensure their families and communities received proper care and services in Los Angeles and beyond. Their resilience and consistency have set the foundation for keeping individuals fully supported to the greatest mutual potential between provider and recipient.
As trailblazers, they have built faith-based initiatives, founded family day cares, developed supported living service agencies within the California Regional Center system, and worked hands-on as Direct Support Professionals. With deep knowledge in compliance, workforce development, and community empowerment, our team unites people with the resources and guidance they need to thrive.

All employees are expected to read, understand, and comply with these policies as a condition of employment, and updates will be communicated through staff meetings, safety emails, and supervisor check-ins.
