Employment is not only about income — it represents independence, dignity, and inclusion. Our Supported Employment Services help individuals prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful work in the community through structured, person-centered supports that focus on real-world success.
The goals include:
• Securing long-term stability and financial empowerment.
• Developing skills that match personal strengths and interests.
• Gaining meaningful work experience in supportive environments.
• Building confidence and self-esteem through achievement and contribution.
• Strengthening community integration and social connections.
Services may include job readiness and interview coaching, vocational assessments, résumé development, workplace mentoring, benefits navigation, and transportation assistance.
Whether supporting young adults entering the workforce or individuals seeking greater independence through employment, our approach remains the same — to empower people to reach their goals with respect, opportunity, and purpose.

Reliable transportation is essential for independence, yet it can be a major barrier for individuals with challenges.
Our service provides not only safe travel but also accompaniment, ensuring individuals are supported at appointments, activities, and in the community with dignity and confidence.

Caring for a loved one can be deeply rewarding, but it also requires time, energy, and balance. Respite care offers families and caregivers short-term relief while ensuring individuals continue to receive safe, attentive support. This service provides peace of mind, prevents burnout, and helps sustain long-term caregiving relationships.
Our respite services are flexible and tailored to each family’s needs — whether it’s a few hours, overnight, or extended care. By stepping in with trusted support, we give caregivers the opportunity to rest, recharge, or attend to personal responsibilities, while individuals remain engaged, comfortable, and fully cared for.

Our Supported and Independent Living Services (SLS/ILS) also serve as Wellness and Community Integration supports, helping individuals maintain independence, stability, and belonging within their own homes and communities. These services focus on daily living, wellness, and personal growth through structured, person-centered assistance.
Supports may include help with daily routines, health and safety practices, meal preparation, personal care, money management, and skill-building for long-term self-sufficiency. Beyond the home, we promote mobility, social participation, and community engagement through activities that encourage connection, recreation, and confidence in navigating everyday life.
Through person-centered in-home and community support, we ensure that each individual receives the right balance of guidance and hands-on assistance. The goal is to empower people to live with dignity, choice, and confidence while easing the challenges that can come with navigating day-to-day life.
